Randall Lovikov is a minor character in the 2007 video game No More Heroes. He is a drunken Russian man who seemingly always spends his time drinking at Santa Destroy's bar plastic model, a bar in Gold Town; his age is unknown. His memories reach out to Travis Touchdown to teach special moves and skills by beating the assassin senseless, each of which are named after the Smith assassins from killer7.
Randall Lovikov is voiced by Fred Tatasciore.
In No More Heroes 1.5, mafioso, most likely sent by Jasper Batt Jr., have come to assassinate him. Lovikov fought them off with his special moves, but was shot in the back. Lovikov calls Travis to warn him. Lovikov knew who their leader was. Before he could tell Travis the leader's name, a mafia member cuts the phone's wires and finishes Lovikov off.
