Is the fourth form of Destroyman set to appear in No More Heroes 4 He was revealed during an IGN Japan livestream on October 23 2019 where other concept art was shown which was mostly for No More Heroes 3.
Suda51 Was the one Who Said he would Definitely appear in No More Heroes 4. Based on the forms name it is most likely going to be the final fight with Destroyman in the series. His appearance is mostly the same as his third form Destroyman True Face but very different this time he has Four arms and a red, grey, yellow, blue and black color palate His demonic chest is now exposed with no armor around it he has a red torn and ripped cape he also has multiple Bolts, engines, pipes and screws on his robotic body. He is a lot more muscular and big than his last form and he has a more angry expression on his face now.
