Travis is playing someone who is rather nonplussed at someone being larger than him. He could be Wolverine ,Punisher, Judge Dredd, Batman, etc. It's hard to say.

Not quite. I found out that it's that FU actually resembles the Marvel Super heroes/Marvel vs Capcom 2D games Hulk sprites.
I assumed it was Ryu and Akuma from Alpha 2.
